To operate the QANSTRU API service and process your purchases, we collect:

• Account Information: Email address, password (hashed) and account-creation date.
• API Usage Data: Endpoint calls, request timestamps, response codes and quota consumption per API key. We do not log the full payload of your API requests.
• Payment Data: Processed securely by our payment partners (e.g. Whop, Stripe). We never store your credit card information on our servers.
• Support Communications: Any information you provide when contacting support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate API requests and enforce quota limits
• Detect abuse, fraud and security incidents
• Provide customer support
• Improve the service and develop new features
• Send essential service communications (account, security)

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. API keys are stored hashed at rest; all API endpoints require authentication via Bearer token. No method of transmission over the internet, however, is 100% secure.

We rely on third-party providers for:

• Payment Processing: Whop, Stripe or comparable payment partners.
• Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure: For serving the API and the dashboard.
• Email Delivery: For API key delivery and service announcements.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the data they receive.
